Question:  Can I insert my logo into the template I have chosen?

Answer:  Yes, you can insert a logo from the Administration Screen.  Login into the system using your password, and choose Administration from the Control Panel.  Click Edit next to the Customer Logo and Common Page Content line.  Choose the red link Upload a Logo.  Then Browse for your logo on your PC harddrive.  Click Save.  Now you can view your website and see your logo has been inserted into the banner.  For a demonstration of how to do this, see Insert Custom Logo in the On-Line Tutorials section of the help screens.

Question:  Does AliveCity register my site to search engines?

Answer:  Yes.  AliveCity registers your site with Google, AltaVista, Lycos, Excite, Go, HotBot, InfoSeek, NorthernLight, and Whatuseek as soon as you complete and Send the "Register your Site" linked Form.  This form link is accessible from View mode in the Searching Information section of the Administration Screen.  We do not register your website prior to receiving the form request in order to give you time to customize your site information.  For more information, please refer to the Site Promotion page of this Help Site.
